Hides & Stitches

Hides & Stitches creates hand-stitched leather products that are meant to last a lifetime. They needed a new mark that worked stamped in leather, most importantly. I dove in by researching leather products throughout history and how they were branded, usually by burning or stamping the leather with ink. I strived to make something that was classic and utilitarian, minimal, timeless, and was clear on their product even at small sizes. I love seeing it pressed into the corner of one of their leather wallets.
